Patrick Bryant blends the prolific poignancy of Billy Bragg, the playful humor of Towns Van Zant and the ribbon-like vocal timbre of a young Willie Nelson. With his wife Shelle's harmonies, the music evokes the intimacy of Gram Parsons and Emmylou Harris. It's heartfelt and raw... as all good alt-country/americana should be, and yet, seldom is. --Jimmy Ether, Producer

Java Monkey

As noted, the first show with a firm date this year is February 23rd at Java Monkey. Shelle and I will perform a lot of new songs and of course plenty of old favs. The monkey is at

205 E Ponce De Leon Ave # 5

but as I always point out, you really get there from Church street, not Ponce. Don't say I didn't warn ya!

Happy 2008

We're working on a good calendar for the new year, starting with studio dates this month to finish up our long-awaited (by us, anyway) EP and some demos. And on the show front, so far we've got dates brewing at Java Monkey (February) Red Light Cafe (March) and a benefit for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention at Eddie's Attic in April. As per usual, I'll post details by and by.
